Gift certificates are not exchangeable for money and are non-refundable. They are valid for 12 months after purchase date and can only be redeemed once (not for reproduction or resale).  The price on the gift certificates are for clients within the Melanie Scott K9 Training service area, where travel surcharge may apply outside this area.
